Each dawn in lotus season, Bach Diep buds are picked while still closed. Tan Cuong green tea is placed inside the flower, wrapped in a lotus leaf and scented overnight. Vacuum-packed and kept frozen, it stays fragrant for 6 months — brew straight from the freezer. The most beloved Hanoi souvenir in our shop.
